2. Check Apache & MySQL are still running
Your are sure the machine is still running (you can ping it, you can connect via ssh or ftp) but you cannot login into Officity anymore.
Officity is using two other applications in order to run : Apache and MySQL. Apache is the webserver (it provides the pages to the navigator) and MySQL is the database manager. The failure of one of these could be the cause of Officity not working anymore.
1. If, when trying to connect to Officity, your navigator is loading indefinitely, it means it doesn't even receive a response from the webserver (Apache). Try to restart Apache.
2. Officity is showing a message telling you that it's in maintenance. It means the webserver is responding but cannot connect to the database in order to collect the informations necessary to launch Officity. Try to restart MySQL.
If none of these advices helps you to have Officity up again, continue to the next step.
