from: the source language
to: the destination language
string: the sentence or word to translate

Translate a sentence or a word from one language to another

Imports a xliff file (.xlf), accompanied by its skeleton (.skl), compressed together as a zip file (.zip).

Create an XLIFF file, with all ressources to translate (file and datas) ready to send to the translators
